This repeater is well-suited for on-grid application (no solar). It uses a LIPO charge board to avoid issues with voltage drop on transmit. By using the charging function of a TP4056 but avoiding the output function, we ensure that the LIPO battery is always the source of the current needed to full power the radio to 29+dBm.

A little spendy but really good. Could replace with a cheaper unit or printed unit.
